Our ticketing agent has now handed over the responsibility for refunds to the Wings Over Wairarapa Event team. Please contact email@example.com if you still need either a partial refund of your 3 day ticket or if you haven’t received your Sunday refund as yet.
For your information:
If you purchased a 3 Day Pass, you are entitled to a partial refund of the total cost on request.
If your card has expired since the time of purchasing, please refer to the below information.
All customers that have purchased through a TicketDirect Outlet or Call Centre must email:
firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Full name used when purchasing
- Customer ID Number
- Type of tickets purchased
- Bank Account you would like the refund made in to
