Ticket Refunds

Our ticketing agent is working their way through the refunds for the Sunday show and for part refunds of the 3 day passes. We appreciate your patience. As you can imagine there are a large number to work through.

Due to the high volume of refunds resulting from the event cancellation, Ticket Direct have advised us that all refunds should be processed within 21 working days.

All Sunday pass holders will receive an automatic refund. If you have used your tickets to upgrade to a Saturday pass you will not receive a refund.

If you have purchased a 3 Day Pass, you are entitled to a partial refund of the total cost on request to Ticket Direct.

For people who have purchased a ticket at an i-SITE they still need to proactively contact Ticket Direct directly.

If your card has expired since the time of purchasing, please refer to the below information.

All customers that have purchased through a TicketDirect Outlet or Call Centre must email: with the following details:

- Full name used when purchasing
- Customer ID Number
- Type of tickets purchased
- Bank Account you would like the refund made in to
